(press release) – May 29, 2011 – Music, Fashion & Hair is all a part of the industry. For The next installment of Iconography the Magazine, Issue 10, Get ready for the Spring/Summer issue titled ROCK-PAPER-SCISSORS.

Rock breaks scissors. Scissors cut paper. Paper covers rock. Only With this issue the Iconography staff has changed the rules, there will be no winner. This is the only time you will find that they all are equals. Music is a part of life, Fashion gives us life, and Hair fills our life. Our lives are made complete with magical moments of each element. What boring world we’d live without them!? Remember the feeling you got when you when you heard the opening drum sequence from Van Halens “Hot For Teacher”? We all have a copy of Michael Jacksons “Thriller”. Do you recall hammer pants? How about Alexander McQueen’s latest designs? How about the teased bang? What the hottest trend in hair to date? Well the King of Pop has since left us and harem pants are coming back in style. Gone are the days of the “Bitch Flip” replaced with lace fronts and hair extensions. For our 10th issue we salute these life elements that make our hearts sing, that gives our soul breath. Music, Fashion, & Hair – ROCK PAPER SCISSORS!!

Music moves fashion, fashion moves music, hair complements fashion, hair is an ever changing within fashion. “We are going to infuse all of these elements into our 10th issue. Say what you will this issue is going to be pretty interesting.” Says Aaron Williams – Editor in Chief. “We are going to rock it out just without the mullets. When it comes down to it only a chainsaw beats rock – paper – scissors.”

Iconography the Magazine is currently accepting submissions from creative talent and concepts from our readers for this upcoming issue. Submissions are not limited to this specific theme but we greatly encourage it.
