Loden Dager Fall 2011
There’s something about Loden Dager that makes me excited. Maybe Paul Marlow and Oliver Helden have cast some sort of spell on me, but if that’s the case, then I count myself among names like Barney’s Hinterland, Nordstrom, Opening Ceremony, Icarus, as well as Saks and Fifth Avenue, which all stock Loden Dager.
A collection that is produced mostly in New York, Loden Dager has served up yet another season of goodies. By way of a color palette black, white, as well as rich primary colors, the label moves effortlessly into the Fall season. Cable knits and leather jackets are sure to keep you warm. A brand based on masculinity, it seems that there may be a slight challenge to stereotypical notions of the trait, as ties were replaced with bows.
The collection was featured on models including David Agbodji, Jacob Coupe(opened), Simon Nessman, Sebastian Sauve, Kaan Tilki, Linus Gustin, Josh Beech, and Sean O’Pry(closed).
