Model’s Parents Sue Urban Outfitters

The parents of 16-year-old model Hailey Clauson are taking Urban Outfitters to court for the unauthorized use of photographs featuring their daughter in “salacious” and “provocative” poses.

After rummaging the site, and spending a little too much time drooling over the new Fall collection, I couldn’t find any products featuring the image in question on Urban Outfitters’ website.  Luckily, The Daily Mail managed to snag a screen capture of the motorcycle image screen printed on the top half of a t-shirt. A Google image search for “Hailey Clauson” reveals the full image,and it’s a pretty salacious shot when you consider the girl in it isn’t barely old enough to get a learner’s permit.
