RUNWAY REPORT: HALSTON

Marios Schwab aims for  a successful collection gives fashion a reinterpretation with  a contemporary twist. With more glamour than his past collections, he seems to be showing sensuous fluidity, loose shapes, with a personal and modern touch of sculptural tailoring. “Erotic and elegantly perverted glamour and aesthetic rigorous control are the two extremes the collection is inspired by.”

With knee length and maxi dresses flowing through the runways, these white, pink(ish)ivory, camel, black, mustard, and prints on sequined textures give this collection a zen garden feel; inspiration much?

With golden polished pendants shaped like a stylized drops, open-toe, high-heeled leather sandals with platform, platform suède sandals, and super skinny leather belts, this may have been a close call for one of the best accessorized shows? Yes?
