RUNWAY REPORT: Elie Tahari Spring 2011

Khaki wrap blazer as a first look to glitz and glam with shimmery shorts and shiny animal print silk blouse button up, Elie Tahari’s collection is a definite example of day to night wear. With khaki and gold mixed, the collection stays very neutral and feminine.

A fave of mine is a gold pleated skirt, paired with a khaki blazer and a brown leather belt knotted at the waist.  Seems to be that sexy is sheer, with sheer blouses and sheer sleeves on dresses and tops, some grays being encountered in.

With pops of denim encorporated in the collection, Tahari really makes this collection easy to wear, and of course always easy to splurge on!
